Here are a few questions we often get asked by new clients, please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

  • I don't have any exercise equipment, will this service work for me?
    That is no problem at all, we provide all the equipment needed for an effective workout. We travel in a small van containing a vast array of equipment from weights to boxing gloves.
  • What kind of fitness training do you do?
    We do all sorts of fitness training! We tailor the sessions based on your health and fitness goals, and try to include the exercises you enjoy. Just a few examples would be; strength training, boxing, interval training, kettlebells, speed/agility training, suspension training etc
  • I only have limited space in my home, how can this work?
    We don't need a lot of space, a small lounge or patio would be sufficient. Our clients are often surprised how effective the workout can be in a small space with minimal equipment!
  • Will you make me do lots of running?
    No! If you enjoy running, we can certainly incorporate it into your program, but it is not essential to reach your health and fitness goals.
